HP: Book 3 Poetic Narrative

A bloated aunt with unhidden scorn

Innocence from him is torn

A Knight transport does he see

A Black heart unwittingly free

Hidden truths and soulless wraith

Betrayals that fill him full of hate

Humans hiding in animal form

A fugitive sequestered in his dorm

Fear formed from unconscious mind

Laughter a weapon to use in kind

Vendettas from years before

A severe teacher tries to settle the score

Flighty teacher envisions doom

Events home to head in shrieking room

Truths revealed far too late

Resigning the just to an unjust fate

Prisoners freed when time is turned

An innocent man on innocent bird

Moon haunted teacher is revealed

Mischief managed becomes unsealed

As his year comes to an end

Back to his reviled kin they must send

Harry Potter Book 2 Poem

The house no better than when he left
He feels abandoned and bereft
Their fear of him keep them at bay
They won’t let his bird fly away
Lack of correspondence fills him with dread
An elf’s warnings of danger ahead
Caged in his room, his dreams go far
His comrades rescue him in a flying car
A magical home, in which he will stay
A peacock with his notoriety will play
A scarlett bullet to bring him home
They miss it because of a solid tome
Flying, falling, a hitting tree
Almost banished from where he wants to be
A hidden Chamber taking life
Spreading mistrust and strife
A serpent speaker he has become
Thought to be the descendent of one
A petrified friend, a memory written
An eight-legged nightmare has almost bitten
For a past crime, a friend is taken
For the present he is again forsaken
A sister stolen to die in vain
So his enemy may live again
A giant serpent he must fight
Death for those who looks in its sight
A fiery bird with healing tears
Destroying a living book, allaying his fears
A mindless man, once their teacher
A fraudulant, conniving, greedy, creature
A sevant freed from his master’s pain
Promised never to save his life again

Alias – A Poem

A woman of a thousand names

But one that always remains the same

Giving truth to the one she loves

Sending him to the world above

Working for the enemy she thought to fight

Needing to make this wrong a right

Changing sides as a double

She’s not the only one in trouble

With her father on her side

Needing her double status to hide

Hiding the truth from her friends

A handler to help her with those ends

A mother that she thought lost

Returns at an unknown cost

Losing time in her life

Her lover takes another to wife

An enemy freed, her father in jail

She finds this life beyond the pale

A wife’s betrayal, a sister found

Forward her life continues to bound

A lover thought dead, a child to be born

A dangerous enemy takes her form

With her destiny finally unfurled

She finds she has all the time in the world

Making History – A Poem

A shot heard ‘round the world

A day that will live in infamy

Soldiers plant a flag unfurled

Millions dead to bigotry

Shackled men are emancipated

Give me liberty or give me death

No representation indicated

In history, I shall hold my breath

We are told there’s nothing to fear

That we can all share a dream

As lady liberty sheds a tear

Two twins fall with deafening screams

I roll by the amber waves of grain

And see the ghosts done in by hate

Ring the liberty bell again

And free us from our chaotic state

For we must look through others eyes

So history we do not repeat

And shield us from the damning lies

That hides the truth and deceit

Now we stand at a precipice

A puzzle to unravel

A solution to clean up our mess

I’ll take the road less traveled

Human Nature – A Poem

Ignorance may be bliss

But in truth it’s a dark abyss

Where fear and power reign

Where C.R.E.A.M rules the game

Where women and children are beaten at night

And stranger’s look at each other in fright

Paranoia will take us down

The cruelest one gets the crown

Midnight is forever lasting

The haunted children ever casting

Sun and moon battle for titles

This ain’t no band recital

Bombs and bullets fall like rain

And the soldiers are the ones who feel the pain

Body bags are filled with warriors dead

Predators lurking to strip their bones and take their head

One shot, one kill

Sniper on a distant hill

Silent sentinels search the skies

Deadly whistles drown out wounded cries

Buffy the Vampire Slayer Poetic Narrative

Chosen as fate’s number one
Fighting in the valley of the sun
One watches with a baffled frown
As another slays all that’s bad in town
A loyal heart and a blooming mind
A silent wolf and a queen unkind
A brroding man and demon possesed
An enemy loved and kindred pest
Insanity stalking from the past
A love for eternity to always last
An angel’s wings thought ever gone
Drawn in by the siren’s song
A dark avenger on the prowl
The abandoned sitting back to howl
Rescued from where evil reigns
Driven almost to be insane
Humanity just a breath away
Hoping forever for a forgotten day
A woeful tale, Shanshu in the city
Watched from above with hope and pity
Born of the light, made of the dark
Evil is hoped to end in a spark

Harry Potter Book 1 Poetic Narrative

The equal of darkness has been marked
As the Boy of the Living spark
An orphan from the age of one
Two fighters’ one and only son
A bearded wise man and a giant heart
And a catty teacher give a new start
A prophecy that told before
How he would even up the score
At eleven his magic grows
His guardians’ hatred clearly shows
Brought back to a world unknown
Magic is real, he’s truthfully shown
A new friend and foe on the first day
A burning in his head that won’t go away
Famous almost from his birth
A savior for the unknowing Earth
A nervous man, two-faced in truth
A harbor for the most uncouth
A beast with breath grossly hot
Keys on wings determined to not be caught
An ensnaring devil plant to bring death
Strategic soldiers with swords in sheath
A brutal sacrifice so he can pass
He faces with his true foe at last
A precious gem given to those who seek
Not to use, but only to keep
Destroying the harbor, the foe has run
Now he tries the hero to stun
To awake with answers he must know
The wise man gives on little to go
Leaving his home to return to Hell
His life now in a better spell
